Dr. Sagiv Ben-Yakir 

Dr. Ben-Yakir gained his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M) upon graduation in honor from Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada in 1986. He is a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS).
He is a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist and a Certified Veterinary Chiropractor.

Dr. Ben-Yakir has served as the academic manager and a teacher of a two year complementary and alternative veterinary medicine course at The Wingate Academic College, Israel for 15 years.   
Dr. Ben-Yakir is lecturing globally on different CAVM issues in the Far East (China, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan etc.), Europe (as in Germany, Spain, Holland, Portugal, Ireland, and Italy etc.), North America (US & Canada).  He is performing his clinical activities in small animals, exotics and large animals as horses, cows.  The third cornerstone of Dr. Ben-Yakir’s activities is research in CAVM done at the Wingate Academic College. 

Currently Dr. Ben-Yakir is the Vice President of “The Asian Society for Traditional Veterinary Medicine” – the organization in Asia (as in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Israel etc.) that is serving Asian hundreds of thousands of veterinarians in the area of CAVM. Dr. Ben-Yakir is the president of “The Israeli Society of Traditional Veterinary Medicine” (ISTVM).
