Course Objective:
Participants who successfully complete the webinar will learn –
1) Why maggot therapy is used today, with increasing frequency.
2) The mechanisms underlying maggots’ affects on wounds.
3) How the therapist “controls” maggots, to make them therapeutic.
4) Indications, contraindications, and warnings, when using maggot dressings.

Physicians, nurses, physical therapists, home health care providers, and any other wound care provider interested in maggot therapy.
